OK, so Day One at home with Daddy was awesome, and Day Two was even better. To start off, I felt kinda bad that Mommy had to miss all the fun yesterday, so I wanted to figure out a way to keep her from leaving this morning. Then it hit me - projectile vomiting. After my breakfast and right before Mommy was to take off, I let fly a technicolor yawn that would have made Linda Blair jealous (I have yet to see the Exorcist, but I am told that analogy works). Unfortunately, Mom had time to change and get off to the hospital - which I guess is good, because she helps people. I'm just selfish sometimes.
Some of the other highlights...
--Daddy and I broke the record for most diapers used in one changing - FOUR!! It takes a lot of persistence to make that happen.
--Daddy and I watched this movie called the Empire Strikes Back, and it was totally awesome. In the end, Daddy told me all about the father/child dynamic of the movie, and we compared it to our relationship. He assured me he would never turn to the Dark Side.
--We went out and ran some errands. All I am going to say about that is there are some seriously weird people that hang out at Paul's Discount during the day.
--I went with Daddy to get his hair cut. If you ever want an ego boost, be a baby in a room full of young beauticians (sorry - cosmetologists). No matter how many people tell you that you are the cutest little girl in the world, it NEVER gets old.
Tomorrow, we have a lunch date with the people from Daddy's office. It's at something called an all-you-can-eat pizza buffet. I hope they have formula.
